The scope of work contained in this package of drawings is the interior subdivision of existing TNS office suite into (2) two separate suites 100A & 100B in an existing office building. Work includes new construction of demising walls and addition of (2) two new egress doors on building exterior, and modification to office area in suite 100B along the demising wall. Work includes Mechanical and Electrical systems work. Plumbing is not part of this scope.
