Project consists of approximately 2,781 SF office buildout, including new construction of offices, conference rooms, open work areas, and support spaces.
The following trades are required: misc steel, architectural woodwork, firestopping, caulking, doors frames and hardware, access doors, interior glazing, drywall and framing, acoustical ceiling tile and grid, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpet, wall coverings, painting, bath and toilet accessories, appliances, window treatment, casework and countertops, fire suppression, plumbing, hvac, and electrical.
