L.F. Jennings is the General Contractor for the redevelopment of the Reston Executive Center. We are currently bidding two of the buildings. Building A is a new freestanding 12,000 SF retail building, and Building REC 3 is the addition of retail into and expanding on an existing office building. Building REC 3 includes 5,100 SF inside the existing building with an addition of 3,500 SF. The sitework for the project was bid separately and is currently under way. Building work will commence in early June.
