Open Office (26,401 RSF): The open office areas of the facility include specific, as designated, interior build of the following:
• Build One (1) office on the first floor
• Build Four (4) offices on the second floor
• Build One (1) large, enclosed training space on the 2nd floor
• Spilt existing one (1) office space on second floor into two distinct rooms
Convert existing double door between warehouse and office spaces from existing crash bar to two-way access from office into warehouse and vice versa.

Site hours for construction are Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm. No daytime work or weekend work is permitted.
All team members must be U.S. Citizens and must provide the following personally identifiable information (PII) to work onsite
– name, birthdate, and social security number.
Due to site security, team members are not permitted to enter the facility with cell phones or other blue tooth enabled devices.
All personal vehicle keys will be stored with the site security officer at the main entrance. No pictures are allowed at any time.
